To attend our matchmaking events, you must first become a member.
Please note:
Registering for an event doesn’t always guarantee a spot.
In cases of significant gender imbalance, we may need to adjust the list – if your place isn’t confirmed, we’ll inform you via email.
What Happens after Registrations to an event:
3 to 5 days before the event, we’ll send you an email asking you to confirm your attendance.
- If you don’t confirm, you may lose your spot. To avoid missing this important message, please add hinduvivahus@gmail.com to your trusted contacts.
- Once you confirm, you’ll likely receive a follow-up email closer to the event with all the event details and any final instructions.
- Please respond promptly to keep your spot.
- If your plans change after confirming, please let us know as soon as possible.

- Event Registration Hindu singles register through our website or posts on social media, and other online portals.
- Event Location Events are typically held in event halls at Hindu Mandirs, look check out event flyer for location details.
In cases of significant gender imbalance, we may need to adjust the list — if your place isn’t confirmed, we’ll inform you via email. - Identity and Age Verification To ensure a safe and authentic environment, all attendees must verify their identity and date of birth. First-time participants attending a Hindu Vivah Zoom event are REQUIRED to present a government-approved ID for verification.
For in-person events, we verify IDs every time of entry to event. - Age-Appropriate Grouping Singles are divided into age-appropriate groups for better compatibility.
- Round-Robin Meetings We conduct one-on-one meetings (also known as speed dating), where each single meets others of the opposite gender within their age group. These meetings are usually timed for three minutes.
- Social Mixing After the round-robin meetings, attendees enjoy snacks provided by the host team and/or the host location. During this informal break, participants are free to mingle with all singles at the event, not just those within their age group.
- Icebreaker Activities: If time permits, we organize fun games designed to help participants relax and open up to one another.

- Feedback and Matching Attendees provide feedback through our app on their phones, indicating who they would like to explore a relationship with. After collecting and computing mutual matches, we inform participants of their two-way matches, usually the day after the event.
- Post-Event Connections Participants are then free to take their connections forward independently and explore potential relationships leading to matrimony without further involvement from Hindu Vivah.
- After-Event Socializing Occasionally, attendees plan informal after-event gatherings at nearby restaurants, offering additional opportunities to network and deepen connections.

- Event Registration Participants register for virtual events by clicking on the relevant event flyer on our website.
- Zoom Based Event Prior to the virtual event, a Zoom link is sent to all registered individuals.
On the morning of the event, or earlier, the identities and ages of all registered Hindu singles are verified. - Event Format The Zoom event begins with a brief introduction, followed by participants taking turns introducing themselves. Subsequently, they engage in an Open Group Chat or One-on-One conversations in an organized manner.
- Post Event Step After the event, participants make their selections via the Event Link, choosing the individuals with whom they would like to explore a potential relationship.
- Match Notification As with our in-person events, mutual matches are identified and communicated to participants via email within 24 hours. Participants are then encouraged to reach out to their mutual matches and pursue further interactions as they see fit.
