Terms and Conditions
- Each applicant must be a followers of the Hindu faith.
- Each applicant must be single and unattached.
- Each applicant must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and participate in activities.
- Each applicant agrees to provide true background information as to their identities, religious faith, marital status, and criminal history.
- Each applicant agree to be courteous and respectful towards other participants at every event and activity.
- Each applicant takes sole and complete responsibility for all actions that might occur during any meeting, communication, or event.
- Each applicant agrees to abide by all terms and conditions when registering/attending an event hosted by Hindu Vivah.
- Each applicant understands and agrees that Hindu Vivah reserves the right to refuse entry into any Event hosted by Hindu Vivah and the right to refuse its services to any person for any reason.
Each participant also acknowledges and agrees that Hindu Vivah reserves the right to remove any participant from any event hosted by Hindu Vivah for a violation of terms and conditions.
- Each participant understands and acknowledges that they are fully and solely responsible to do their own due diligence and background checks with regard to each person they meet at any events.
- Each participant is expected to take all reasonable and proper precautions in interactions with other matched participants they decide to meet or interact with.
No ALCOHOL OR ILLEGAL DRUGS are permitted at any event promoted by Hindu Vivah.
No persons may participate in any Hindu Vivah event whire under influence of Alcohol or Illegal substance.
No persons with criminal histories involving crimes against persons or property are welcome and nor may they participate in any event hosted by Hindu Vivah.
- Each participant acknowledges the purposes of this organization is to promote Hindu relationships potentially leading to matrimony, and further expressly agrees and consents to being photographed and video-graphed at any Hindu Vivah event.
- Each participant expressly agrees that the photographs and or videos of the participants may be used by Hindu Vivah in our promotional material and on Hindu Vivah website.
- Each participant further agree to allow their likeness and their personal stories to be used by and published to the public by Hindu Vivah without any compensation, ever, to a participant.
- Each Participant expressly waives a claim of invasion of privacy or appropriation of one’s likeness.
- Each participant further expressly waives, releases, and agrees to indemnify Hindu Vivah, – its officers, directors, shareholders, consultants, Event Coordinators (as defined within Hinduvivah.org Web site), agents, employees, volunteers, partners, affiliates, licensees and subsidiaries from any and all losses, claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable fees, disbursements, and other charges of Counsel), actions, proceedings, liabilities or investigations (whether formal or informal), or threats thereof, based upon, relating to, or arising in connection with a participant’s attendance at any of Hindu Vivah’s past, present, or future events, any and all of the services that Hindu Vivah, – provides or claims to provide, as well as communications or meetings that an participant arranges on the participant’s own volition and on the participant’s own time with others who have participated in a Hindu Vivah event.
By availing the services of Hindu Vivah, each participant acknowledges that they have read this Statement of Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by all rules and regulations and to allow their likeness to be used in promotional activities (without compensation) to promote the opportunity for single unattached Hindu persons to meet other persons of the Hindu religion which may potentially lead to matrimony.
